South Philly DIY rooftop Bok wedding

Lauren and Josh picked a perfect venue right in their neighborhood, South Philly. Bok, a converted vocational school, has a spectacular view of Philly skyline from the rooftop where Lauren and Josh had their ceremony and cocktail hour. The couple had Mummers make a surprise appearance and play at their ceremony and cocktail hour! Lauren and Josh’s dog Charlie was a perfect ring bearer. Their wedding was very personal, with their closest friends and family members helping out with different parts of the day. Their friends officiated the wedding and helped with florals. Lauren’s mom made an assortment of Italian cookies. Lauren’s hair and makeup were by ONLO and Sara from Confetti and Co helped the couple plan and coordinate the wedding. Lauren and Josh are huge fans of good food and cooking, so they had some of their Philly favorites, DiBrunos and Stargazy, cater their reception. We loved that their DJ (Erin from Wax Attack) played vinyls only!
