“Inna honored our wish to have a natural, relaxed day, and managed to capture so many joyful moments in the process.” Lindy and Adam
Lindy and Adam’s wedding was a perfect example of a 2-part day. I really like it when couples decide to have a smaller private ceremony followed by a larger celebration with friends!
To start the day, the couple invited just their family members and close friends to walk a few blocks from their house in South Philly to Stephen Girard park. Adam’s grandmother officiated their intimate ceremony at the park with a beautiful Ketubah designed by a close friend in attendance.
Then, we took a few family and friends photos in the park. Lindy and Adam wanted to keep posed portraits to a minimum and instead have me document their day organically as it unfolded. This approach works perfectly with how I work!
For the second part of the day, Lindy and Adam invited 160 guests to join them at Royal Boucherie in Old City for a big cocktail party with a family-style dinner. The highlight of the night was a set by my personal favorite Philly band Snacktime!
I really love when couples design intentional celebrations that reflects their values and style. It was such an honor to document both their intimate ceremony and fun large party. And Lindy’s dress from Fabienne Chapot was my personal favorite!
