Industrial wedding at Globe Dye Works with a dark and moody vibe

I was so excited to get Ellie and Zack’s initial inquiry while they were planning their late fall wedding with a dark and moody vibe. A former yarn-dying factory, Globe Dye Works, was a perfect industrial backdrop for their celebration!

I loved Ellie’s Sarah Seven gown from Lovely Bride and her bouquet with a variety of dark red tones. The Stem’s End’s color palette fit so well with exposed brick and industrial aspects of the venue.

Exchanging their private vows in a park was a perfect start to their wedding day! After that, we walked around Old City and Merchant Exchange for couple photos with the perfect fall foliage. From there, we headed to Globe Dye Works for some cool portraits in the old warehouse building. Their outdoor courtyard ceremony ended with a sparkler exit. It was such a special touch. Ellie and Zack’s hora was a highlight of their reception, as was the dance floor in general!

At the end of the night, Ellie changed into her party outfit and we took some moody direct flash portraits of them sipping cocktails agains the dark red velvet curtains in one of the lounges. A perfect ending to their celebration!
