Fishtown wedding at Lilah with a dinner party vibe

When Hannah and Colin reached out to us, they mentioned that they wanted to prioritize great food and drinks for their June wedding reception, as well as an awesome dance party. We thought that their Fishtown venue, Lilah, was a perfect choice for that! And we also thought that their priorities lined up with ours! Keep reading to see why Lilah might be a perfect Fishtown venue for the food-loving couple!

Firstly, Lilah’s location in the heart of Fishtown is perfect for portraits in the neighborhood. The area is full of character and there are plenty of cool murals, The El and a variety of great backdrops within walking distance. The venue is also very close to Archway Fishtown, where Hannah and Colin chose to get ready with their friends and family. Secondly, their 7,000-square-foot space with a modern industrial vibe was perfect for a food-centric reception and dance party. Thirdly, and most importantly, the food was definitely a highlight of the reception at Lilah. From the colorful spread of seasonal Middle Eastern appetizers for cocktail hour, to the shareable Salatim and family-style entrees, Lilah offered a memorable experience.

Our personal favorite moment of Hannah and Colin’s reception was their Hora, followed by a full dance floor for the rest of the night!

In conclusion, a celebration at Lilah combines an unforgettable meal with a dinner party vibe and a perfect modern industrial backdrop for a dance party. We are definitely excited to come back to Lilah in 2024!
