Romantic La Peg Old City wedding

We’re so excited to share Ebonique and Stuart’s romantic urban wedding at La Peg with an intimate vibe!

The couple started their day in Fishtown, at our favorite boutique hotels, Archway Fishtown and Lokal Fishtown. Lokal has a private backyard that we used for Ebonique and Stuart’s first look and portraits. From there, we headed to Old City for their celebration at La Peg, a restaurant and bar set in a converted historic pump house with a view of Ben Franklin Bridge. Tanti from Papertini did an amazing job decorating the space for their ceremony and reception. While the ceremony was indoors, their guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour at a huge patio overlooking the Delaware River.

One of our favorite moments from Ebonique and Stuart’s wedding was when the couple sneaked out of their cocktail hour to enjoy a drink at Race St. Pier. The sun had just set and there was this beautiful soft afterglow and we took some gorgeous post-sunset portraits! It’s always a good idea to take a little break from your guests during the celebration to reconnect with each and enjoy a quiet moment together.
